PrimeSites is a product of AutomateIT, a web design service based in Nigeria. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean AutomateIT operating the PrimeSites brand at primesites.automateit.ng.

• Business information: Business name, industry, website preferences, brand colours, content, and any files you upload (logos, photos, documents) through the brief form
• Payment information: Processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details
• Usage data: Pages visited, actions taken on the site, device type, and browser information collected via cookies and analytics tools

• To design and deliver your website
• To communicate with you via email and WhatsApp about your project
• To process payments through Paystack
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, project updates)

• To run and optimise advertising campaigns (see Section 5)

4. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). Files you upload are stored in Supabase Storage. We retain your information for as long as needed to deliver our services and comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: Tracks page visits and button clicks to measure ad performance and deliver relevant ads to you on Facebook and Instagram
• TikTok Pixel: Tracks page visits and conversions for TikTok ad campaigns
• Analytics: We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site

These tools may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken. This data is shared with Meta and TikTok under their respective privacy policies.

We share data with the following third parties, only as needed to deliver our services:

• Paystack / Flutterwave — Payment processing
• Resend — Transactional emails
• Wati / AiSensy — WhatsApp messaging
• Calendly — Call scheduling
